The ...What a fascinating post, on multiple levels. The explorer in me is thrilled to know that there are places like this hidden away and yet so accessible to my current location, NYC. And the lawyer in me is equally thrilled to see how a controversial decision could reach so many different corners of the world (even if it didn't have to travel that far in this particular case :-)) <br /><br />I'll admit that I am not as familiar with the ins and outs of Kelo as I should be, but my suspicion is that the Supreme Court may have defined the outer limits eminent domain and that further expansion of the doctrine would encounter significant resistance even in the legal world.
